Apple has done it again, folks. Just went I thought I was OK with hopping online with my MacBook Pro, they go and launch yet another cool gadget to make the good ole’ relative deprivation kick in. Before you run out to your nearest Apple store let me clarify that the release of this new touch screen device is still “rumored.” But as we all know, a rumor has to start somewhere so I suggest we start saving up our coins or putting those tax return dollars aside.

The device, according to published reports, will be a kind of miniature tablet computer. Like the iPhone, it would be able to access the Internet over cell phone data networks, allowing users to surf the Web just about anywhere.

I don’t know about you but this device is just what I need for business travel or blogging in the park on a georgeous summer day. This goes without saying but if you’ve got the inside scoop or learn of any updates I’m going to need you to start spilling ASAP!
