What’s Your Energy Type?

By  |

Have you ever noticed that the energy you radiate, is the same you receive back in life? If you’re a positive person and are constantly nurturing your spirit, you tend to notice the hidden beauty in everything. Not only that, people also see the inner light that is beaming from within. On the flipside, if you love to play the role of “Negative Nancy” you tend to see the glass half way empty in life, which ultimately leaves you surrounded with similar people with the same negative mindset as you. It’s not always easy to always keep a smile on your face but here are a few reminders to help you along the way…

Nourish Your Spirit: Your body is not the only thing that needs nourishment in your life! You must feed your spirit just as you do with your personal temple. Set atleast 30 minutes a day to clear your mind and focus on you. This can consists of repeating your goals and envisioning them to you reading an inspirational scripture and relating it to your life.

Words of Power: Words create life. I know it sounds too simple to believe but it’s true! What you say about yourself, your current situation and others, will begin to manifest in your personal life. It is vital to watch what you say because they propel actions and set the tone of your thoughts.

Act It Out: So we all have a little actress/actor in us. Let’s be honest, there are days we wake up and feel completely defeated. These are the days we use the phrase “Fake it until you Make it!” Even if you don’t feel confident or unstoppable, say powerful phrases to yourself and play the role. Eventually, you will become the person you are aspiring to be.

Your energy sets the foundation for your outlook on life. If you are the constantly attracting drained, frustrated or tired personality type, check to see what you’re putting out in the universe. If you’re surrounded by supportive, loving and genuine people, use it as a testimony that your positive energy is shining through.  You are what you attract; make sure you’re attracting the right type.

Life is what YOU make it.

I definitely needed to read this. I’ve been a serious Negative Nancy as of late.

I think we all know this in theory, but it’s good to hear or read this from time to time to put it in practice. Well said. Thanks.
