Luxe Lands in Newark

The City of Newark was made a little more luxurious with the grand opening soiree for the new chic women’s boutique, Luxe Newark last Thursday evening.

Located at 83 Halsey Street, “Luxe Newark is for the everyday woman who enjoys great fashion and a luxurious shopping experience at a reasonable price,”  says owner Linda Jumah. The boutique offers a wide variety of quality contemporary pieces at affordable price points for fashionistas of every size.

Newark is a great city with a lot of wonderful people doing amazing things. I chose Newark because there was no place like Luxe in the downtown area that allows women to purchase high-quality, yet affordable pieces without having to travel outside of the city.

The grand opening brought together fashion lovers, residents, and tastemakers from within the Greater Newark area. Guests indulged in complimentary cocktails from X-Rated Fusion Liquer, desserts from Miss B’s Cupcakes, and music by saxophonist Bradford Hayes while they shopped the latest in-store collection.
