As the quintessential fly female entrepreneur, Kimora Lee Simmons rocks many hats with the three M’s: mom, model, and mogul at the top of her list. The 6 foot beauty burst onto the fashion scene in the early 90’s as a fresh-faced teen model but unlike many of her peers, has kept her career alive long after her catwalk days by building a beauty and fashion empire. As the face and creative force behind brands like Baby Phat, KLS Cosmetics, numerous perfumes and now Shinto Clinical, Kimora makes “Life in the Fab Lane” appear effortless. The visionary entrepreneur’s newest venture, Shinto Clinical, is a nine item skin care line that was developed in partnership with dermatologist Eric Schweiger. We all know from her up close and personal reality TV moments that Kimora has mastered the maintenance of flawless skin so I’m beyond excited about this brand’s debut.

“The line is about the Eastern allure of diet and beautiful skin. It’s based on culture that live from the sea,” says Kimora. With ingredients like fish oil, omegas 3, 6, 9 and wakame kelp, the line aims to keep your youthful glow intact. Kimora felt that it was time to develop a project that conveyed where she is in life telling Women’s Wear Daily, “It was a turning point for me and I was just wondering what comes next. I realized this whole generation of young people has grown up with me. We are no longer living in clubs. We have responsibilities, we have families, we have kids,” she continued.

Shinto Clinical’s price points range from $32 for anti-age cleanser and toner to $68 for an eyelash enhancer. With clever names like Pore It Out (pore concealer) and Watch Your Tone (anti-age toner), Shinto Clinical will be available on QVC January 24th and in major retailers at the top of March.
