This powerful quote was said by children activist, Marian Wright Edelman, who agreed with First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt that you should never allow another person make you feel inferior or less than. We all have moments in life where we second guess our opinions, decisions or actions due to what others might say. In life it’s vital that you are so in tune with yourself that other’s opinions don’t hold you back from being the best you that you were created to be! Fear will have you flying under the radar when you should be soaring!

Fight The Fear! – Yes, it’s true we all have some sort of fear in life. But does that mean we allow it to control our lives? Absolutely not! Fear should be the motivator to that you constantly push by daily. From starting your own business to simply stating your opinion in a meeting, you should do one thing everyday that scares you. By taking control and staring fear dead in the face, it will become smaller and smaller each day you face it.

YOU Matter – Guess what? You MATTER! Sometimes we need a simple reminder to let us know that our opinion is just as good as the next person‘s. In a society where you are trained at an early age of what to think and not think, it’s extremely easy to fall into a pattern of being a follower instead of taking a leadership role. Take time and define what you stand for in life. Once you understand this fact, allow your voice to be heard.

Time to FLY! – Average. A place which is comfortable and cozy but will have you living an unfulfilled life. You’ve been working for the same company for the past 15 years and been taking notes of how you want to start your business? Well, there’s no better time than now to take that step of faith. Yes, being the student is a crucial role of thejourney but do not be afraid to step out and be the instructor. It’s all about trusting your voice and you intuition. It will always lead you in the right direction.

It’s time for you to soar! Do not hold yourself back from flying high and conquering your dreams.
