Sheila Fortson: Queen of Glam Thrifting

TV Reporter and fashionista Sheila Fortson is helping style women for a great cause. Her passion for repurposing and recycling fashions and home goods in glamorous ways has caught the attention of The Salvation Army USA and The Impact Thrift Store non-profit group. She serves as a guest blogger, workshop facilitator, event host, fundraising partner and fashion ambassador for both organizations. She loves being a part of helping women get back on their feet.

Recognized by Glamour Magazine Online, The Philadelphia Daily News, and additional publications and blogs, Sheila Fortson is a an accomplished media professional known to many as “The Glam Thrifter,” thanks to her ability to find looks that fashion conscious women adore at rock bottom prices. Fortson has close to a decade of experience as a television and radio host TV 2 News & “The Valley View” Lifestyle program in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania. She also owns Hidden Glam, a unique shopping destination, both online (www.HiddenGlam.com) and in-store (Ambler, PA), that offers affordable new merchandise and one of a kind “Glam Thrifted” finds.
