Olivia Scott Presents: Beauty Marketing Immersion

By  |
I had the pleasure of crossing paths with master marketer, Olivia Scott, many years ago in Chicago as a fresh-out-of-college, aspiring PR maven. Olivia was employed by the top advertising agency in the business and I was pushing through my very first, not so glamorous PR job, working hard for my big break. As new transplants in The Windy City living in the highly coveted, historic Hyde Park community, we became fast friends, helping each other navigate a very competitive and let’s be real, not so diverse industry.
Fast forward, we’re both living and thriving in New York City and I couldn’t be prouder of Olivia’s career trajectory. With a resume that reads like the Who’s Who in consumer marketing, Olivia has held some powerful positions over the years as the Chief Marketing Officer at Carol’s Daughter, Head of Marketing for Vibe Magazine, and Vice President at Live Nation, just to name a few. Understanding that sometimes, the best opportunities are the ones we create for ourselves, Olivia launched her own marketing consultancy, Omerge Alliances, in 2009. With clients like WE tv, FUSE, CMT, WGN America, MSG Network, and ESSENCE, Olivia’s marketing savvy and Southern girl charm is in high demand.

In the spirit of being of service, Olivia is sharing this wisdom in her first one day marketing class entitled “Beauty Marketing Immersion” exclusively for 25 emerging beauty entrepreneurs. If you’re building a new brand in the NYC metropolitan area (or want to fly in!), or you’re ready to launch that beauty business you’ve been dreaming about for years and don’t know where to start, this is the experience for you. Mark your calendars for NYC on Saturday, November 10, 2018 and click here to purchase your tickets. Space is limited so secure your spot today!

As a New York City storyteller, filmmaker, digital content creator, and PR strategist, Renae Bluitt created "In Her Shoes" to empower and enlighten women committed to realizing their dreams.
