Glamour’s American Icons

Glamour.com recently posted a tribute to women who are American icons, including First Lady Michelle O, Billie Holiday, Dolores Huerta, Amelia Earhart and—Carrie Bradshaw? Several of Hollywood’s hottest celebrities participated in a pictorial tribute to these amazing sheroes. Alicia Keys stars as Michelle O., while America Ferrara acts as Dolores Huerta.

I’m definitely not mad at Glamour for recognizing the “risk takers, rule breakers and style makers.” It’s always nice to look back at the fearless women who achieved some of the same goals we’re striving for now. I’m s0 proud of these ladies!
