New York Fashion Week: Qream Goes Glam

By  |

Can you feel the magic in the air? Yesterday marked the official kick off of New York Fashion Week 2011. For many well-heeled style mavens, this means seven glorious days of fashion, fashion, and more fashion! Qream, my now favorite strawberry and peach flavored liqueur, hosted a special event last night to help me kick off NYFW11 in style. The perfectly-timed “Qream Goes Glam” soiree brought together 40 well-respected beauty, fashion, and lifestyle bloggers for an evening of pampering, delectable bites, jewelry shopping, girl talk, and of course, creamy cocktails! I couldn’t have asked for a better way to step into one of the busiest weeks of the year. Cyber hugs to fellow Glam Media bloggers Love Brown Sugar, AbiolaTV, Style and Beauty Doctor, and Temple of Glam. It was a pleasure getting fab with you!

P.S.:

I was introduced to a brand called Stella & Dot last night that you need to get familiar with if you haven’t already done so. As a “Qream Goes Glam” event partner, the jewelry line surprised each guest with a piece from its beautiful Fall 2011 collection. I had a hard time deciding which item to take home but decided on the très chic serpent bangle in mesh gold (pictured below).

Take a peek!

QREAM WITH A QTM is a one-of-a-kind cream liqueur.  It was created by an inspired alliance between Diageo and Grammy Award-winning musician, cultural ambassador and style visionary, Pharrell Williams.  Williams was instrumental in the development of the liqueur’s creation – from taste and bottle design to marketing and advertising. Available in the U.S. in two flavors – Strawberry Crème and Peach Crème – Qream is 99% lactose free at 12.5% ABV.
