Petals -n- Belles Presents: #PNBiCare Campaign
A couple weeks ago I had the honor of attending a private dinner in SOHO to celebrate the four year anniversary of Petals -n- Belles, a NYC-based 501 (c) (3) social development organization that uses a multi-faceted approach to the empowerment and educational growth of today’s girls. Launched by the lovely Damali Elliott, Petals -n- Belles provides creative after-school, weekend and summer programs, introducing girls to an incredible support system and dynamic “real-world” experiences they would otherwise lack. They’re innovative curriculum combines mentoring, creative workshops, awe-inspiring social experiences and academic coaching to ensure the success of each young lady involved. And let’s be clear, the program is mutually beneficial…it’s known for creating a ripple effect of positive change in the lives of both mentees and mentors.
As you can imagine, Petals -n-Belles is an organization near and dear to my heart. That said, when PNB board member Isis Adewale asked me to join her as an #PNBiCare campaign ambassador, I replied with a resounding yes!
So, are you ready to find out how you can change the life of a young girl? Here’s the skinny:
- The goal – $2,500 in 30 days – We have 30 days to hit our goal, and even exceed it. Meeting this goal will allow five young girls to participate in the next PNB 10 week program…meaning YOUR contribution will allow PNB to change the life of five future female leaders.
Making a donation is easy and takes just a few minutes of your time. Click here and join the #PNBiCare movement today!
