Every week leading up to Christmas, I’ll be introducing you to my pick of the week from the ‪In Her Shoes 2015 Holiday Gift Guide! Today’s featured brand is Kimberly Goldson (pictured here). Born & raised in the stylish blocks of Brooklyn, Kimberly was surrounded by fashion at a very early age. As a Fashion Merchandising Management major at F.I.T., Kimberly began her career learning the business behind the industry.

You may recognize this lovely lady from Project Runway (season 9). Kimberly is grateful for the opportunities, relationships and exposure she received from her Project Runway experience. Having learned more about who she is as a designer through the show, Kimberly Goldson (the brand), is a focus of that evolution. Luxurious textiles in classic shapes with a nod to the trends are the center of the brand. “I like to take classic shapes and styles and put a slight twist to them so that you can keep them in your closet forever” said Goldson. In her spare time, Kimberly continues to engage in one of her other passions in life, which is giving back to the collective communities that have given her so much. She can be heard speaking to students at colleges and universities around the country and lending her support to charities that are near to her heart.
