Gabrielle Union Has a Hair-Care Line and It’s Landing in Ulta Beauty Stores Soon

If you aren’t excited yet, now’s the time to mark your calendars for the in-store launch of the season.

Earlier this year, fans of veteran actress and beauty icon Gabrielle Union-Wade learned that she’d be releasing a collection of color-safe, hair-care products designed for women with textured tresses. The line, which is appropriately named Flawless by Gabrielle Union, features 10 luxe products all priced between $19 and $29 that have both naturalistas and relaxed gals shook.

Moisturizing Shampoo, Moisturizing Conditioner, Smoothing Shampoo, Smoothing Conditioner, Hair Masque, Blow Dry Cream, Hair Protection Spray, Shine Spray, Oil Treatment and Edge Control Gel.

According to the brand’s website, each item is formulated with a select blend of argan, avocado and marula oils to “hydrate, repair and improve hair strength.” However, it get’s better: Flawless is totally free of sulfates, parabens and gluten, making everything safe to use when caring for our weaves, extensions and wigs plus other various protective styles. Ah-men.

“For me — having skin in the game — it deepens the connection,” Union stated in an interview with Women’s Wear Daily. “It makes me work a lot harder than if I was just a hired gun. I want to make sure that it’s right for me, for my family, for my friends, and for every person with textured hair. I want to have a seat at the table, and part of that is having ownership.”

While the “Being Mary Jane” superstar’s moisturizing and smoothing concoctions have been available for purchase online since March 1, beauty lovers will finally be able to shop exclusively via their local Ulta Beauty store starting April 16.
