Hair is a topic women can pontificate on for hours, days, even weeks. What it’s doing right, doing wrong, what you’d like for it to do, and what products are best to achieve a healthy look. On April 1st EDEN BodyWorks’ new JojOba Line infused with monoi oil will hit retail shelves to help ease your mind. But on March 17th EDEN BodyWorks hit the road to introduce this new collection to some industry movers and shakers with the launch of its “Brunch with EDEN” event series. Women from the beauty, fashion, media, and entertainment industries are gathering in the brand’s key markets to get up close and personal with the JojOba collection, enjoy a delectable brunch complete with cocktails, and rub elbows with fellow influencers.

Dr. Kari Williams

The first stop was the windy city of Chicago where Ylorie Anderson, VP of Marketing for EDEN BodyWorks unveiled each product in the line and its benefits for healthy hair at the fab W Lakeshore. The ladies who brunched received a special treat as Dr. Kari Williams explained the powerful benefits jojoba and monoi oils, which are the two main ingredients in the new EDEN BodyWorks line. To keep the party going and hair wellness knowledge flowing Dr. Williams facilitated a fun and interactive “Hair Jeopardy” game where attendees vied for a $50 gift card from premiere Chicago retailer, Sir and Madam Boutique.

Media guests for the lovely Windy City affair included: JET, EBONY, and Uptown mags; bloggers Afrobella, Nikki and the City, Chicago Hair Examiner, Chary-Jay, The Sassy Peach, Swai Rai and more. This hair wellness train does not stop here, ladies. The next stop is this weekend and EDEN BodyWorks will be brunching with the best in Atlanta, GA.
