Saturday night I made the trek over to Englewood, New Jersey to celebrate one year in business with Fly Female Entrepreneur, Dorian Grace. As the owner of DLUX Boutique, Dorian opened her doors for a one year anniversary shop, sip & mingle event complete with in-store specials and fabulous giveaways. Several emerging brands joined forces with DLUX for the night to commemorate the occasion including Georgia, SammyB and Melanie Marie.

As a dedicated Brooklynite, I’ve got to admit that I’ve never been to Englewood in my life but was pleasantly surprised by the quaint community and downtown-esque vibe of the super chic DLUX Boutique.

I was inspired to open DLUX because there is still a void in impeccable service amongst smaller retailers. Both my partner and I believe that anyone can walk away with something but should have a pleasurable experience while doing it.
